My first road bicycle
Well, it's done. I bought my first road bicycle. It's a 2006 Fuji Roubaix Pro.

I may not get it for a month since I'm trying to make it to Kansas for a while. I bought it from a very small shop near rudy's on I-10 called Joe's Pro Bikes. Joe is the only one that works there which makes it nice because I can always deal with Joe. Joe has a ton of riding experience and is very vocal about what he thinks you need and don't need.
I probably am just going to ride for recreation, but I like going fast and want to see improvement in my abilities.

I remember when Eddie Skeeters ran his bike downhill from the Front Range into the west side of Denver. He passed a truck going the other way at 70mph and finished the run on his butt and elbows.
